Klever Exchange provides high security standards. This includes Two Factor Authentication using Google Authenticator to login and withdraw funds. If you get an error saying that the code is not valid, this means that your Google Authenticator app is out of synchronization. This tutorial shows how to synchronize your Google Authenticator app in order to fix this issue.
For Android Devices
You can synchronize your Google Authenticator app on Android device as follows:
Step 1
Ensure that your Android device has set to use automatic Date and Time. To do this, go to Settings > General (or System) > Date & Time > Turn on Automatic data & time (Use network-provided time).
Step 2
Open your Google Authenticator app and tap on the 3 dots on the top right-hand corner. Then, select Settings from the list.
Step 3
Tap on Time correction for codes. Finally, tap on Sync now.

For iPhones and other iOS Devices
You can synchronize your Google Authenticator app on iOS devices as follows:
Step 1
Ensure that you have the latest available iOS version. You can check for new updates under Settings > General > Software Update.
Step 2
Allow your device to use the current location to automatically identify the correct time zone. To do this, go to Settings > Privacy > Location Services > Turn on Location Services.
Step 3
Set your device to use automatic Date and Time. To do this, go to Settings > General > Date & Time > Turn on Set Automatically. The device should then show the correct Time Zone. This automatically sets your date and time based on your time zone.
