There are three different states that indicate the moment of withdrawal:
- open
- pending
- done
If you did withdraw your funds to an external wallet, but the funds didn't appear there, please follow those steps:
- wait at least 1 hour, as due to different circumstances delays can happen (f.e. BTC and ETH needs some time to get enough confirmations on the blockchain)
- if your funds still didn't appear in the meantime, please open a ticket at our support website: https://klever.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/requests/new
If you need to open a ticket, please share the following information with us:
- your log in mail address
- the HASH of your withdraw transaction (if available)
- the coin, you wanted to withdraw
- your destination wallet
