When you submit a transaction on Binance Smart Chain, Ethereum or Polygon (Matic) blockchains, the higher the used gas price the faster the transaction get processed. For instance, inside Klever Wallet, transactions submitted with PRIORITY fee will be processed faster than the transactions submitted with REGULAR fee, which will be processed faster than the transactions submitted with ECONOMY fee.
If you want to use a CUSTOM fee, we refer to Bscscan gas tracker, Etherscan gas tracker and Polygonscan gas tracker for information about the average gas price on the network.
If you use a low gas price (low fee), your transaction may take a long time to confirm. If this happens, you can wait until the network is willing to process transactions at that gas price. You can also speed up or cancel the transaction.
You can speed up or cancel an unconfirmed transaction inside Klever Wallet as follows:
Step 1
Tap on the target token from your Portfolio screen, then switch to the target Account.
Step 2
Inside the token Account, you can see a list of all your transactions. Tap on the unconfirmed transaction.
NOTE: If you have more than one unconfirmed transaction you have to start with the oldest one. After, all the unconfirmed transactions may get processed alone as when there is an unconfirmed transaction it blocks all the following transactions.
Step 3
In the transaction screen, you can see all the transaction details including the Network Fee (Gas Limit and Gas Price). Scroll down to see the Speed up and Cancel buttons. Then, tap on Speed up button to pay an additional fee for faster confirmation, or tap on Cancel button to stop the transaction. Note, you also have to pay a small amount of fee to cancel the transaction.
Step 4
In the next screen you can see the additional Network fee you have to pay. To confirm the speed up (or cancellation), tap on Ok, I understand button. After, you have to enter your PIN code to sign the transaction.
