Unfortunately without your seed (12 words) or your private key you will not be able to restore your account.
For security reasons, we don't save any sensitive user data on our systems.
So keep in mind: Once you lose your seed, you will never be able to access your funds without it. That is why it is so important to write down your seed on paper and keep it in a safe place.
And remember: NEVER share your seed/private key. We will not ask for your private key or your seed. Always be aware of scams.
